Regatta Capital is focused on supporting property construction projects.  We invest alongside investors in every project.  Projects are selected based on a standard set of parameters to ensure they can be readily compared.  A series of stress tests are applied to ensure a project can withstand cost increases and time delays.  Multiple loan repayment scenarios are explored to identify the various strategies that can be applied to ensue the facility is repaid on time.  Projects are all evaluated on their merits and may be across different property asset types including:

Projects in capital cities and major regional locations.  Projects that appeal to a broad audience of buyers - first home buyers, private investors and down-sizers
